By accessing or using designsupplygfx.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Products and Services
Design Supply GFX sells digital flyer templates that are delivered electronically. Products include editable Canva template links and/or downloadable PDF files. All products are available for instant access after purchase.
License and Usage
When you purchase a template from Design Supply GFX, you receive:
- A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own personal or business purposes
- The right to edit, customize, and print the template for your own use
- Lifetime access to download the purchased template
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with others
- Claim the template design as your own original work
- Upload the unmodified template to any marketplace, print-on-demand service, or template sharing site
- Use the template in a way that competes with Design Supply GFX
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that the price displayed at checkout is the final price. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders already completed.
Digital Delivery
Products are delivered instantly after successful payment. You will receive:
- An on-screen confirmation with download and Canva template links
- An email with the same links sent to the email address used at checkout
Download links are valid for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads. If you need a new download link, contact our support team.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. For details on when a refund may be issued, please see our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All template designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Design Supply GFX and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a template grants you a usage license as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the design.
Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is.” We make every effort to ensure templates are high-quality and function correctly in Canva, but we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, printers, or software versions. Design Supply GFX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
