Refund Policy

Digital Products
All products sold on Design Supply GFX are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital products can be accessed and used immediately upon delivery, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds.
When We May Issue a Refund
We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate purchase)
- The product file is corrupted or the Canva template link is broken and we are unable to resolve the issue
- The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@designsupplygfx.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order confirmation email or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order.
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
- You are unable to use Canva (free Canva accounts work with all our templates)
- The product has already been downloaded and/or the Canva template has been copied
